Getting Started
Individuals succeed through realistic goals and are motivated by role models, the encouraging example and mentoring of others who have experienced the important and relevant issues on their road to employment and personal satisfaction.
Included within our one year program, our course offering, "Back to Basics," customized to the consumer and provided as needed, focuses on upgrading employment skills using remedial / competency preparation and transitional coaching.
Entering the workforce training is provided in individualized sessions and consists of general office procedures, computer access and more complex organizational skills.
Our program removes barriers and impediments and enhances an individual’s ability to enter the workforce and maintain employment. Included in our "Back to Basics" is specialized tutoring to pass company, civil service and other licensing examinations. Internships and on-the-job training focus on developing work history and work tolerance.
